TCO Group aims at building a trustful relationship with its clients, bringing peace of mind by providing differentiating services that anticipate their needs. The focus is on leveraging national resources in order to place Mozambique high on the regional development agenda with an experienced and dynamic team to ensure that objectives are met.

This is a business movement that has been growing since the time it emerged in 1992, through a joint business venture, Carlos Oliveira and Fátima Oliveira. The founders believed in their dream, even in times of conflict in Mozambique, and established themselves in the general cargo transportation market.

After being identified by established NGOs - World Food Program, USAID and World Vision -, for providing excellent service, the Group gained recognized merit and became the exclusive gasoline carrier for Mozambican oil companies, Petromoc, BP Mozambique, BP Malawi, TOTAL of Mozambique and PETROGAL, transporting fuel throughout Africa, as well as jet to airplanes.

On the road to success there were other key alliances , such as the Petromoc / Sasol partnership, with which TCO won the tender for transportation of natural gas from the Temane reservation, proving, once again, the quality of its services.

When, Constrol - Construtora Oliveira Lda., started - a company in the landfills and construction market, TCO Group really took off, and in partnership with the Portuguese company, Mota-Engil, they provided the logistics services for the construction of the Armando Emílio Guebuza bridge, on the Zambezi River, which today is a source of pride for Mozambique and proof of the ever growing national development.

Since 2001, a number of sub-companies have emerged within the Group, such as Beira Casting Company, in 2001, and Transportes Cunha Oliveira SA, in 2003. TCO PETRÓLEO is the result of another alliance with Petromoc, and between 2008 and 2009 the Group gained more robustness with the creation of INVECART, a management, trading and investment company based in Portugal. TCO TOURISM AND HOTEL MANAGEMENT represents the Group´s most recent investment, and contains the Luas de Prata project.
